Dear Tiffany Families,
In partnership with San Diego State University and the YMCA, I’d like to invite you to a FREE 12-week health program for girls in grades 3-6 and their moms that will be hosted at Tiffany Elementary beginning mid-February. The program focuses on exercise, family communication, nutrition, and more! We also have special sessions just for moms to learn parenting tips from psychologists on how to help your kids be healthy. On the sign up sheet, you can indicate your language preference for the program– Spanish or English.

Our SDSU team will also be at Tiffany Elementary after school on Thursday Feb 22 to answer any questions and share more about the program.
De parte de la Universidad SDSU y la YMCA, me gustaría invitarlas a un programa de salud GRATUITO de 12 semanas para niñas latinas en los grados 3-6 y sus madres que se llevará a cabo en Tiffany Elementary a partir de Marzo.
¡El programa se enfoca en ejercicio, comunicación familiar, nutrición y más! También tenemos sesiones especiales solo para las mamás para hablar de la crianza y cómo ayudar a sus hijos a estar saludables. En la hoja de inscripción, pueden indicar su preferencia de idioma– inglés o español.
