Weekly Message for the Week of November 15th

Dear Tiffany Families,
I hope this message finds you well on this unusually warm November weekend!  Here is the information for the week:

Solar Project Update and Safety

The solar project is wrapping up and the fencing will be coming down on Tuesday afternoon.  This means that our parking lot will soon be open again!  Please remember to park in marked stalls and do not leave cars left unattended on yellow or red curbs.  There are still a few things that will need to be wrapped up, even after the fence is removed.  Please keep an eye out for any areas that will be temporarily closed while they get the panels officially online.  Thank you for your patience during this large project!

Federal Survey and Housing Questionnaire
The Federal Survey cards are a normal process we go through each year.  These yellow forms were sent home around 11/5/21.  If you haven’t already, please fill out this form and send it back to school with your child’s teacher.
The housing questionnaire that came home this week is a new form that was just required of us as a school.  The purpose is to make sure our students have housing and to identify those who might not – helping with additional support if necessary.  Thank you for your help in getting both forms completed by 11/19.
COVID Reminders
Just a reminder that if there is someone COVID positive in the home, please be sure to keep your student out of school and contact us as soon as possible.  As we head into cold and flu season, we realize that these symptoms are similar to COVID-19.  If your child has any symptoms, they will need to provide a negative PCR to return to campus.  Thank you for your understanding.
No School – November 22-26
Just a reminder that there will be no school Monday, November 22nd through Friday, November 26th.
Save the Date for the Virtual Parent Academy
Here’s to a great week!
Take Care,
Mrs. Sutton
