Device Distribution

Tiffany Families,

As you know, the Chula Vista Elementary School District will begin the school year via distance learning.  It is important that students have access to a device and are able to connect to WIFI to fully take advantage of distance learning.  If your child is in need of a device and or WIFI access, please fill out one or both of the form below:

Only use if you do not have internet connection in your home (supplies limited)

Tiffany Elementary will be distributing devices in front of Tiffany Elementary on the following dates:

  • Monday, August 24th from 8:00-10:30am
  • Tuesday, August 25th from 2:00-4:30

 

Please follow the guidelines listed below when picking up a device:

  • Use link(s) above to fill out form(s) online before picking up device
  • Wear a facial covering
  • Maintain social distancing
  • Follow all posted signs

 

If your child borrowed a device during the 2019-2020 school year, you should not fill out a form.  Students will keep the device until students return to school for in person instruction.  Please only request a device if your child does not have access to a device (tablet or computer) during the school day.
